Now, this is not a role for the meek. As the Operations Manager at Crisp, you will oversee every department at Crisp to maintain quality control, promote productivity, and streamline systems and processes to ensure everything is smooth sailing. You’re like the captain of the ship, but we don’t make you wear a sailor hat (unless you’re into that kind of thing).

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Ensure that company projects are kept on time and on budget to meet financial targets

  • Review workplace practices to decide if they’re effective and if not, create an alternative (you’re the one who keeps things moving!)

  • Working closely with the Director of Operations and the Operations team to keep the company in tip-top shape, from ensuring all production travel and edits are coordinated smoothly to making sure the coffee bar is always fully stocked

  • Acting as “Second in Command” on the Operations team (you’re Batman’s Robin, Harry Potter’s Hermione, or perhaps Michael Scott’s Dwight Schrute, just less obsessed with beets)

  • Chalking out or improving operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being

  • Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs in every department

  • Jumping in to assist with any department to help wherever you’re needed (you’re the go-to “solutions” person in the office)

  • Constantly identify new opportunities to improve both the team and client experience to make Crisp the best it can be - you make it awesome to work FOR us and WITH us

  • Supporting and communicating company-wide initiatives

Travel

  • This position is expected to require minimal travel

Requirements

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

  • An almost superhuman attention to detail

  • You can catch a typo from a mile away and you’re comfortable speaking in front of people

  • Be comfortable with leading and collaborating in a team-oriented environment (your team is your group of ride-or-dies)

  • Able to adapt and change course quickly while still keeping things running smoothly, even when it seems like sh*t is hitting the fan

  • Advanced Excel experience is a plus (and if you color code your spreadsheets, well, that’s even better)
