Operations Assistant

Job description

Position Details and Requirements

Are you that person who your friends depend on to plan get-togethers? Do you find that you procrastinate by color coding your closet or rearranging your desk? If you're a "make-things-happen" kind of person, then you could be a perfect fit for our Operations Assistant role.

Now, this is not a role for the meek. As the Operations Assistant at Crisp, your job is to ensure that everything runs smoothly: whether it's coordinating video shoots and travel, creating new processes, or problem-solving whatever comes your way, you're the go-to person for every department in the office.

This is an opportunity to shape Crisp’s future. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to make Crisp even more badass and effective than it already is.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Complete data entry and update in several platforms (9 and 3/4)

  • Maintain and update confidential information and files. Top Secret stuff, it's like you're in the CIA, only not!

  • Calendar and coordinate projects. Again with the love of the planner (it's gonna pop up a lot, get excited)

  • Scan various materials as needed. With a scanner

  • Prepare notes for meetings and manage deadlines for action items. And here is the planner thing again, told you it would pop up

  • Working directly/one-on-one with our Director of Operations, who is a perfect ray of sunshine. You are there to maintain the perfection. (Unless it's flywheel day, if it's flywheel day, just be supportive.)

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office. Like who keeps stealing all the toilet paper?

  • Manage projects and conduct research. This is like a group project without the group, but hey, no one ever liked group project anyway

  • Booking travel to all of the ~luxurious~ places...like Nebraska!

  • Tracking and maintaining expense reports which means you are in charge of all the dolla dolla bills, y'all (holla!)

  • An ability to create processes, audit processes, and love the processes

  • Look into new platforms to help make us better! We always look upward, and you should too! (Especially when walking under birds...)

Travel

  • This position is expected to require minimal travel

Perks

A few benefits you’re sure to enjoy:

  • Health insurance

  • Unlimited PTO (yes, really!)

  • Daily Catered Lunches (you can kick that Postmates app goodbye)

  • 401(k) with company match (aka, free money)

  • If you are the right fit, but not in Atlanta already, don’t worry! We will pay to get you here! (relocation expenses covered!)

  • Popcorn machine

  • Relaxation Room with Zero-Gravity Massage Chair

Requirements

Requirements

  • The ability to make like Flash Gordon and work in a fast paced environment

  • Not low, not medium, but HIGH attention to detail & administrative skills

  • A keen sense of urgency / time management relating to all duties. Like your planner is your best friend and so are Google Calendar, your phone's reminder updates, and your own internal clock

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You need to know how to talk good. Just kidding. But seriously

  • Flexibility in wearing many hats, and sometimes they aren't even cute hats, but someone's gotta wear 'em, ya know?

  • Proficiency in Excel, creating reports and presentations. You know, with the cool fonts you used to use in elementary school. Just kidding, don't do that
