The world of Human Resources is so much more than just paperwork. At Crisp Video Group, our HR Success Manager will be accountable for ensuring the success and fulfillment of every individual team member.


Crisp Video Group is looking for an enthusiastic, trustworthy, and driven individual to implement a variety of human resource programs within our team. The team will depend on your support in several key responsibilities, including staffing, compensation and benefits, training, and health insurance (so we can keep the team in tip top shape).

Responsibilities Include:

  • Successfully organizing, administering, and monitoring all compensation and benefits plans

  • Create, track, and address all team-related policies and procedures (PTO,  health insurance, payroll, etc.) If any of those policies are abused, you’re expected to lay down the hammer

  • Lead the process to identify world-class talent and ensure their continued development and advancement once they join the team (You facilitate the hiring process)

  • Assess culture and develop action plans to ensure a positive, engaging, and supportive workplace (you’re the Keeper of Crisp’s Company Culture)

  • Execute all team member set ups and disconnects

  • Act as a mentor and advisor to all team members to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans to ensure their continued success

  • Address low-performing team members and create improvement plans - you have to make tough calls occasionally, and you handle these situations with grace and compassion

  • Protect the our fast-growing startup culture from external factors while ensuring compliance with industry regulations (Ensure we don’t turn into a place of cubicles and khakis)


  • This position is expected to require minimal travel

Past Experience Required:

  • Experience being a strong communicator - Good at giving difficult advice and counsel

  • Proven track record of growing (and thriving!) in a fast-paced, startup environment

  • History of solving problems and getting to the root cause of any  issue, no matter how complex 

  • Finding creative ways to make the impossible possible
