Position Details and Requirements

Do you stay up late at night wondering about why some things rank on Google while others don’t? Are you an SEO pro who just so happens to love interfacing with clients? Are you also a grammar snob who frequently picks apart the UX/UI of a website and think of ways in which you would do it better?

If you answered “hell yes!” to all of these questions, then you could be the perfect fit for our Digital Campaign Manager role!

At Crisp, bringing client’s stories to life through the medium of video is our passion (and we’re pretty stellar at it, too).  As our first Digital Campaign Manager, you’ll be ensuring the success of our clients through a marketing lens, all the way to the end of their journey with the completed product.  Whether it’s creatively figuring out ways to boost the video’s ranking on Google, appropriately optimizing it for the website, or dealing with the ever-changing environment that is customer service, you’re sure to stay busy! This role is a balancing act between ingenious marketing, and serving our clients through that process.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Must have experience managing large scale online programs including Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, SEMRush, SpyFu, and KPI analytics tools. Analytics and video certifications are a plus

  • Communicating highly complex technical terms to clients in an easy to digest, simplified way

  • Executing and delivering on scoped and assigned tasks, including but not limited to, personal development, website audits, keyword and competitor research, marketing automation, social listening, monthly reporting and campaign testing opportunities

  • Maintaining dozens of ongoing campaigns for Crisp and our clients, with video and blog content rolling out daily

  • Building genuine relationships with clients as you walk them through the video marketing process like you’re walking a child to their first day of Kindergarten. S’cute

  • Effective problem solving to help make things happen in a timely and efficient manner

  • Providing recommendations to clients on how to improve upon their websites UX and design

  • Executing on planned campaigns, creating and adjusting as needed (daily, weekly or monthly)

  • Conducting competitive research to help drive a competitive edge strategy

  • Having a good understanding of all aspects of digital marketing including using analytics to make data-driven decisions and building complex strategies

Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must:

  • Know how to talk good. I mean, you need to know how to communicate well. Both clients and Crisp are looking for professionalism and efficiency (maintaining what we call a “Crisp standard,” and we always do what we say we’re going to do)

  • Be detail oriented. You may or may not (definitely may) have been that kid in class who corrected the teacher. I get it. We get it. We want you to notice things. Our clients want you to notice things too

  • Have great interpersonal skills with both internal team members and external clients. This is not a popularity contest, but clients and coworkers need to be able to trust you

  • Have a team-centric attitude. We like each other entirely too much, and we want our new team member to join in on the love fest

  • Work well under pressure (like the song) and be able to  rock it out with short deadlines

  • Have experience with WordPress or other web platforms

  • Understand Excel-reporting and advanced excel experience

  • Have HTML / CSS / JavaScript experience
